People seek therapy for many reasons: anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, grief, or a desire for deeper self-understanding. Whatever brings you here, therapy can offer a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin making meaningful change.
I offer a supportive, collaborative approach to counseling that focuses on both understanding what you’re experiencing and developing practical tools to help you navigate life more effectively. Therapy is not about judgment or quick fixes—it is about growth, healing, and building a stronger relationship with yourself.
I offer trauma informed Christian faith–integrated counseling that honors both psychological science and biblical truth. Therapy is collaborative and thoughtful, helping you explore emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and practical coping strategies while also considering the spiritual dimensions of
healing when that is meaningful to you.
You don’t have to face this alone. If you’re considering therapy, I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Licensed Bachelor Social Worker, licensed in Texas and Pennsylvania, with more than fifteen years of experience working with individuals across a wide range of mental health concerns. My professional background includes supporting clients through emotional, relational, and life challenges with care that is both structured, non judgemental and compassionate.
My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based treatment, with a strong emphasis on trauma informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and ACT. I value practical, goal-oriented therapy that helps clients understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing skills they can use beyond the therapy session. When faith is meaningful to the client, I also draw on biblical truth as a guiding framework that supports healing and personal growth.
I approach counseling as a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and thoughtful exploration. My role is to provide a steady, supportive presence as clients work toward greater insight, resilience, and well-being, honoring the integration of mind, emotions, and spirit, and grounding the work in biblical values.
